Working with us

Is your service free?

Short answer

Our help comparing and enrolling in plans is free to you — agents are typically paid by the insurance company, not by you.

How agents are paid

Licensed agents are usually paid a commission by the insurance company when someone enrolls in a plan. In most cases this doesn't change the premium you pay — the plan costs the same whether you enroll on your own or with an agent's help.

What's included

  • A conversation about what you need from your coverage
  • A comparison of plans available to you
  • Help with the application and enrollment
  • Answers to questions after you enroll

Is there any obligation?

No. Filling out our form or calling us doesn't commit you to buying anything. You can take the information we give you and decide in your own time.

  • Are you an agent or a broker?

"Agent" and "broker" are often used interchangeably, and the exact meaning can vary by state. Because we're independent, we can compare options from the insurers we're appointed with and explain the differences in plain English.

  • Do you speak Spanish?

Use the EN | ES switch at the top of any page to read our site in Spanish. Some pages are still being translated and may appear in English for now.

It helps to have these handy: Call us directly at the number at the top of this page.

  • Which states are you licensed in?

Insurance agents must be licensed in the state where you live in order to sell you a health plan. If you live in a state where we're not licensed, we won't be able to enroll you, but we're happy to point you in the right direction.
