Working with us

What happens after I submit the form?

Short answer

A licensed agent will contact you personally — usually by phone — to talk through what you need. There's no obligation to buy anything.

What to expect

  1. We receive your request. Your details come straight to our team — not a call center.
  2. An agent reaches out.
  3. We talk through your needs. Expect questions about who needs coverage, your doctors, your prescriptions and your budget.
  4. We compare options. We'll explain the plans available to you in plain English.
  5. You decide. If you want to enroll, we'll help with the application. If not, that's fine too.

How to prepare

It helps to have these handy:

  • names of your doctors,
  • a list of your prescriptions,
  • your current insurance card, if you have one, and
  • a rough estimate of your household income.

Related questions

  • Are you an agent or a broker?

"Agent" and "broker" are often used interchangeably, and the exact meaning can vary by state. Because we're independent, we can compare options from the insurers we're appointed with and explain the differences in plain English.

  • Do you speak Spanish?

Use the EN | ES switch at the top of any page to read our site in Spanish. Some pages are still being translated and may appear in English for now.

  • Is your service free?

Licensed agents are usually paid a commission by the insurance company when someone enrolls in a plan. In most cases this doesn't change the premium you pay — the plan costs the same whether you enroll on your own or with an agent's help.

  • Which states are you licensed in?

Insurance agents must be licensed in the state where you live in order to sell you a health plan. If you live in a state where we're not licensed, we won't be able to enroll you, but we're happy to point you in the right direction.
